Exterior Painting

Prep-first paint built for our weather.

Central Washington is hard on a house. Strong summer sun, cold winters, and freeze-thaw cycles pull paint off anything that was not prepped properly.

We wash, scrape, sand, caulk, and prime before we paint, and we use premium coatings rated for this climate.

What's included

  • Wash, scrape, sand, and spot prime
  • Caulking and minor wood repair before paint
  • Siding, trim, soffits, fascia, doors, and railings
  • Premium exterior coatings rated for UV and freeze-thaw
  • Clean site and a walk-through at the end

Questions we get.

When is the best time to paint outside here?
Late spring through early fall in Central Washington. Temperatures are steady enough for the coating to cure the way it should.
Do you do the prep work yourselves?
Yes. The same crew that preps your house paints it, so nothing gets handed off or rushed.
Do you give written estimates?
Always, and they are free. You get the scope and the price in writing before we start.
